Return Policy

At By Bella Vive, we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. We have developed our return policy to ensure you can shop with us confidently, knowing that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you.

1. GENERAL

Our return policy includes a generous 30-day period. This means that from the moment you receive your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, include all original tags, and be in its original packaging. Additionally, it is essential that you can provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We would like to point out that returns must be sent to the warehouse from which the products originated. Therefore, please contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address.

Once your return is accepted, you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to the specified address. We cannot accept items returned to us without prior return authorization.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

It is of great importance that you check the condition of the items immediately upon receipt of your order. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or if you accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This way, we can assess the problem and provide the correct solution as quickly as possible.

3. EXCHANGES

If you wish to receive the desired item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to receive. This is often the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.

4. 30-DAY EUROPEAN UNION RETURN POLICY

Notwithstanding the above policy, if your goods are being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, include all original tags, and be in its original packaging. Furthermore, you must be able to provide proof of purchase.

5. REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will immediately notify you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to the original payment method you used, and this will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to fully process and display the refund in your account.
