Shipping & Delivery
We prioritize the best price-quality ratio. To guarantee you the sharpest prices, we choose to ship our products directly from our international warehouse. This direct delivery from the supplier allows us to significantly save on transportation, storage, and packaging costs. It also enables us to organize transport more efficiently, deliver worldwide, and manage our CO2 emissions consciously. This way, we combine a fair price with attention to sustainability and service.
Average delivery times
Every order is carefully processed within 24 hours (on working days). Because the products are on their way directly from the source to you, the average delivery time is 7 to 14 days after dispatch, depending on your location. In exceptional situations (such as holidays, busy periods, or weather conditions), this can extend to a maximum of 18 days.
Please note: The delivery times mentioned above are guidelines. Bybellavive is not liable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping
We cover the shipping costs within Belgium and the Netherlands. Every order is delivered 100%
FREE to your home. No minimum order quantity is required.
Shipping costs
For orders outside Belgium and the Netherlands, shipping costs are calculated at checkout (checkout), depending on the country and the chosen shipping method.

Cancellation of your orders
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed, as it is immediately sent and processed from our international warehouse. However, there is a right of withdrawal of up to 30 days from the day you receive your ordered product(s), during which you can return the order. Did you order multiple products in one order? Then the 30 days start from the day the last product was received.
Package not accepted or not collected from a service point
If you are not home, the package can be offered a maximum of twice and then placed at a collection point. If the package is not collected or is refused, it will be processed by the delivery service beyond our control and will not be returned to us. In these cases, no refund is possible.
Refunds can only be processed after a correct return according to our returns page.
Track your order
You can track your order via our Track and Trace page. The Track and Trace is
always and everywhere traceable online from 2 - 3 days after your order, so you know exactly
when to expect your products at home.
